I think that might be the standard Marsanne if you're getting it younger (which is also cheaper) - from what I understand they wait at least 6 years for the 1927 Vines Marsanne before releasing it

Tahbilk currently has a few buy 3 get 3 free wine offers for their wine club members (free to join). The pick for me is the 1927 Vines Marsanne (2016) - 6 bottles for $134.84, which works out to $22.50/bottle. Shipping is $20, but free if the order is over $200. They also have: Eric Stevens...

Well made lush wine, a bit heavy on the oak for my liking but not an issue if you're into that. Definitely needs more time. Apparently was $40p/b from JD a couple of months ago. I bought mine a while back from Qantas Wine when it came with a hefty bunch of Qantas points.

I also really disliked the way they were rubbishing HH in that review, I think it was GW who was also doing the same to Haliday recently by virtue of him being in his eighties which pissed me off

TWF absolutely slammed the 17 Dry Country Grenache – gave it 85 points. This was their review: “A whole lot of mint and flyspray character, nutty, red fruits, and sappy things. It’s distinctly nutty and walnutty, very minty, squishy red fruits, not much in the way of tannin or structure...

I saw someone on Ozbargain said they made a new account with a new email address, but could use same phone number, CC, address etc. May have to do that if you want to take advantage of the 20% cashback before it expires

For any Brissie based Cullen fans, the Bellbowrie BWS has 4 Diana Madeline (2020 apparently) showing up in stock up at better than half price ($82.50 each). Buy all 4 and add 2 bottles of their cheapest $4 plonk and it comes down to $74.25/bottle. Only reason I'm not jumping is I have half a...

Has anyone tried both the 2016 and 2017 WB Brown Label and have an opinion on if one is a better vintage?

2018 BP back feeling some love on TWF: This 2018 seems like something of a return to form for Rockford BP, at least for my tastes, and maybe a little more like the wines from days of yore. Red and black fruit, a little walnut, some vanilla/cedar oak, and rosy perfume. It falls more to...

As an FYI for the lowly Bud Burst members like myself, Rockford are currently selling magnums of the 2015 Basket Press for $225. It's not shown on the website or order forms but if you shoot them an email asking them what's available they will let you know about it. Also as an FYI they charge...

Thanks Qaz, picked up two bottles of the Vin de Constance at the cheapest I have ever seen them. One of the most stunningly complex sweet wines I've ever had the pleasure to try.

The secret weapon does have me little nervous! But cheapest near me is still $88.50, so probably one more reduction before it goes half price. I did get 2 bottles of the 2015 last year from BWS at half price, haven't cracked any yet but was very impressed by this wine when I tried it a few years...
