I was approved for a US Amex and it was sent to myUS and disappeared. I rang Amex to ask for one to be sent to Australia. I now have to go on Notarycam and show my passport before it’s approved. I am having problems connecting with them and making an appointment. Does anyone have any tips?

We had non refundable accommodation and travel booked In Japan for last March and it was all refunded with no problems. We did book with the providers direct though. Sounds like a lame excuse not to refund for Japan travel.
