FYI, they're now quoting 12 to 14 weeks for refunds. My 6 November flight was finally cancelled on 6 October. I was getting a bit nervous but was determined to win that game of chicken! I've put off making the call to ask for a refund until today as I couldn't stand the thought of being on hold...
