I'm flying VS200 for the last time tonight and will miss the HK clubhouse! Such a shame, was the best option for me direct to HK due to the flight time over and I only started doing it in the last 8 months after year on QF, so will have to look at my options going forward... I hope VA picks up...

I second that, I took my kids to the silver kris lounge and they got bored really quickly, not even toilets or showers inside. Not really any other options in HK as a VA plat... I don't know what the pay lounges are like if they might be better or more exciting?

Yes I do mean CZ - I had airline code dyslexia... I have been going on CZ direct, rather than via VN, as the VN flight times with connections aren't great, also the only advantage of CZ is the direct flight and for me, convenient flight times - I can get in (early) and go straight to the office...

I have had to kill hours with kids at HKG airport a few times now due to missing flights and I would recommend that you either go to T2 to the IMAX/ flying museum thing if your kids are into that and you don't want to leave the airport - 9 hours is a long time to hang at the airport with kids...
