    Another data point. I cancelled my OWA ticket around Mid March. Received all my points back around 9/4 and got the taxes/surcharges back on 13/4.

    Citibank Plus or ING Orange Everyday?

    I have the Citibank card so i can only comment on that. There are Citibank ATMs everywhere in big US cities. A few years ago, they had Citibank ATMs in all the 7/11s as well. I've never had a problem with them.
