I've flown 5 times this year and each time they have ensured Priority is provided first. On one occasion a passenger was in front of me which didn't have Priority, and was ever so kindly asked to join the other queue.

I called them twice 3 weeks ago in the afternoon and both times it went through to Brisbane, I was pleasantly surprised.

Betty's and Boost was never permanent, it was just a promotion and only during limited hours. But yes, the food (and wine) used to be better in The Lounge, although they let all and sundry in nowadays, which I think has devalued it a lot and is probably partly the reason for the tight menu...

Yep, that'll do it. You can't transfer or pool points to family members not living with you. Transferring to friends doesn't fit either of these requirements (living with you and a family member).

Yes very true, good point, although it was the intention that all lounges would get the same aesthetic look as Adelaide, but Covid messed all of that up :/ Adelaide was lucky that the new one started before Covid AND completed after the Bain takeover :) At least Melbourne got a little love...

I'd much rather have a lunch menu at 11am ish (by the time pax would have been provided food) than breakfast. I think it would be more odd to have breakfast anytime after 9am/10am, personally.
