Totally agree. Or extortion. i would have thought they would be glad we were willing to go to Brisbane and solve the problem. But no, we must pay for the privilege.

We tried and tried, but they just wouldn’t. They cancelled one of the Brisbane flights of Saturday, so there’s only one. In the end, we just paid it, because everyone else on our flight still haven’t been notified, and we fear the remaining seats on the remaining Brisbane flight will disappear.
