Dont think I've ever done any pooling. Yeah maybe it was a hack attempt. I did call them up and they gave me the standard line its under investigation and you will hear from the team in 30 days. I've already taken the redeemed flight so dont need to worry about that.

Anyone else get their account suspended today? I've got no family pooling. Last year I transferred some points from SIA and redeemed a flight 10 days ago. No idea why suspended.

Well a week later they finally replied and said I hadn't paid the tax yet which is not true. I'm outside Australia now and QF number here is only available office hours. Does anyone know an Australian number I can call to reach QF from outside Australia? I tried one I found but it wouldn't connect.

I think I almost booked a ticket on it yesterday. I was through to selecting seats and noticed the odd layout. But then had to change to the next day and it was back to the regular layout.
