Maybe they only look for those that has 'fragile' tags to be abit more gentle in handling baggages 😁

I'd suggest that if you only have them booked but not ticketed and there are still seats available, I'd rebook the whole thing again.

I've always found Maxis (Hotlink) to be good and has good coverage overall.

Not sure if this is of any use as a guideline. I received a A$200 travel voucher from QF a couple of years ago for being served food with 'mold' in them (proof of the moldy wrap was taken and sent through). The voucher was 'open' (unnamed) so I gave to my brother to use ;)
