Hi all, I am flying QF1 next month to LHR connecting to a BA flight from Terminal 5 to France. (This is all on the same booking.) Can I book my bags thru to France or do I have to go thru customs in the UK ?(like when arriving for a connection at LAX) Thanks

DFW is fairly easy to navigate . I'm not sure that you are outside security after customs,also you do not say which airline he his flying into DFW with- he may be able to check the back from his point of origin to destination- just clearing customs and re dropping (not re checking) at DFW Agree...

They were actually very professional - we were discussing something else, the person was positive not "winging" to me at all- I was just shocked as I had missed the news!

Yes it is an excellent platinum benefit - to be able to quickly reach someone who is (usually) pleasant & helpful

Very hard for some of the older staff, QF staff morale seems to be sinking down & down…..
