I’m a victim of these changes unfortunately. Flying NRT - DOH at the end of August. When I booked it was showing QSuite configuration and has recently changed to 2-2-2. It’s disappointing but nothing we can do really.

Yes, sorry, CFU is correct. The transit is 2 hours, so no problems there. I know the domestic J class is a little different, however I believed the mere fact that it is designated as 'J class' would match with the OWA rules. Thanks for your input, I'll try again and see how I go.

4 hours on hold. Get through to OS call Centre. Explain my situation. I’m put on hold so he can investigate. 30 minutes goes by and I receive the QF ‘thank you for your call, have a nice day’. The end. Horrendous customer service.

Looks like it’s round 2, this time with 5 hours of call waiting.
I am back on hold again after adding additional flights to an award booking a few nights ago. I saw the new flights in ‘my bookings’ and figured everything was ok. Checked this evening and my QR flights have disappeared. Hopefully a quick resolution but nothing seems to be simple these days with QF.
Thanks for this but didn’t work for me. I got through after about an hour wait. They couldn’t authenticate my QFF number and therefore couldn’t help me with my booking. The number was described by the operator as a front desk for last minute ticketing for QF staff. Not sure if this will help...
