Westpac appears to have a problem. I can log into the site, but all accounts are "unavailable", and it's been like this for over 6 hours now.

Do you earn points when using "paypal"? I have read through the guide booklet, but can find nothing, but I seem to recall (possibly on this site) that one does not.
