Hi Bert, I used NetCom pre-paid in Norway (Bergen & Stavanger). There were plenty of small phone shops around to buy the sim, and had fairly good voice/data rates. Coverage was very good using Australian Iphone 4.

I received my double status credit email this afternoon. My rollover date is 31st July, will just miss out on retaining WP.
