Outrageous is the only word I can think of as well. Another angle, when Ifdelayed (Swedish company) went insolvent, a (Swedish-court) appointed receiver handled distribution of any remaining assets to the creditors. In this situation, we were quite clearly a creditor. And yet we were not...
