I have had the same issue with a modified booking also. Changed the destination on the outbound leg and manage my booking now shows as reserved and un-ticketed - yet i have new ticket numbers and receipts. Got me a little confused thats for sure. I rang at 7am yesterday to try and clarify it...

Just got the welcome to gold also.... after having to send through statements a second time and hearing nothing, was getting a little worried. Really hoping to put it to use in Asia early next year if the borders open.

I applied on Monday also but received the email to resend all attachments again, including statements, not screenshots. What statements and in what format did you send yours in order for them to accept them??

I recently got back from flying to Seoul via Singapore on VA ticketed SQ flights. My VA membership was on all boarding passes, and points and status credits were posted within 48hrs of completing the flights. Odd to know why yours haven't posted yet.

Just an update that my explore gold cleared today after 10 days of receiving the 20k points.... Excited to get some good use out of it and keep it for another year!

My 20k flybuys points posted on the 1st August, and explorer gold came through today, so only a week and a half for me. Maybe they do them in batches once a month, hence the up to four weeks in the T&C....

I am also in the same boat.... my 20,000 points cleared on the 1/8/17 and I have flights with SQ to Seoul on the 2/9/17.... hoping Explorer Gold comes through before then. Roughly how long does it take to receive your Gold pack in the mail??
