myFR24 is a superior tool, but the import and sync capability is rubbish. Took me endless amounts of cleansing and retries to get it to import my openflights export. And the tripit sync doesn't seem to work.

Yep, the other day I was upgraded at T-30 (as Gold) and then downgraded at Lounge. Thankfully someone misconnected and I still ended up up front, but it was not a peaceful time for me.
The short answer is no. Delta doesn't want to own a ticket that consists of all-code-share flights/partner metal.
The long answer is, maybe. You can force Delta to price out certain tickets using ITA Powertools + ITA Matrix. I booked Vietnam this way (using an eCert).

Update: called back and was able to book Etihad ticket for myself SYD-AUH-LHR in April next year for 87,000 + $128 AUD in J. The second ticket, for my wife, is stick in waiting for confirmation since EY hasn't approved AUH-LHR segment yet.
Just got off the phone with Enrich where I asked to get a quote on points required for flight early next year. Gentleman said they can only book partner awards 6 months in advance. Anyone else experience that?
