How does Virgin handle upgrades when two people are travelling together (same PNR) and only one upgrade seat is available? I'd rather skip the upgrade so my wife and I can sit together.
If only one seat is available will it go to a single traveller?
I was able to call Kenya directly and book with outbound stopover in NBO and BKK on the return. I called the US number, it seemed easier to get through.
Is anyone seeing issues with B2BPay? I've had one payment outstanding for 2 weeks (10 business days) and I keep getting excuses.

I am won over by Travelpro but only their platinum line. The toughest bags that I have ever had they outlasted anything else that I’ve had. That‘s all I will buy now and the prices aren’t bad.
I haven’t had the chance. I don’t mind pushing the review date out until I get closer to another trip! My travel is self funded now so I want to maximise the time.

Has anyone actually received the upgrade to platinum from this promo. I received the offer and flew my 200 status credit last week and haven‘t heard anything.
