I became platinum last year and had really looked forward to using the lounge on arrival. I was surprised when denied - I just needed to use a clean bathroom and grab a soda water. Came on here to see if anyone had experienced the same. Disappointing for sure!

If I am to purchase the unlimited PP, then does this mean that I could essentially use $35 value at one restaurant, and then $35 at another on the same day? Or is there some kind of procedure in place in order to prevent such..

Hmm I'm not surprised. I don't think many people will really norice it gone. CNS International is quite a decent sized terminal though, surely a decent size lounge is on the horizons?
