    E-Ticket question

I resent the itenerary and receipt from the manage booking page. The email version has a different e-ticket to the one on the manage booking page, and that one still has the old flights listed. Should I contact Qantas about this? Thank you

    E-Ticket question

Hi, My wife and I have an itenarary booked through Qantas, now on separate booking numbers due to some "Customer Care" help. My e-ticket has been sent to me as a PDF, and each time I've called and asked for hers, they've sent it through as text in the body of an email. Is this something I...

Reward seat withdrawn after being paid for

Update* - This has now been resolved by Qantas. I've dealt with helpful & friendly staff from Hobart. I've been booked on Business class to Taipei, then economy class from Taipei to Tokyo. The flight is with China Airlines & then Japan Airlines. As this contaminated the RTW ticket with a non...

Reward seat withdrawn after being paid for

Yes, I knew it would still be at the higher rate for the RTW trip. This is such a nightmare to book - constantly told different things by Qantas staff / Unable to assist.

Reward seat withdrawn after being paid for

I spoke with Qantas again today - about booking an economy rewards seat from Sydney to Japan to commence this Journey (to replace the leg that's disappeared). They said I wasn't able to book an economy, only a business class as all the other flights were business class. Any new booking would be...

Reward seat withdrawn after being paid for

So far my calls for assistance to Qantas have gone like this - Call 1 - It's been auto cancelled due to lack of payment, I'll pass it on to ticketing. Thank you. Call 2 - It's been cancelled, I'll look into it and call you back (No call back) Call 3 - The flight has probably been withdrawn by...

Reward seat withdrawn after being paid for

The first leg was with Malaysian Airlines, booked through Qantas site. It disappeared a week after other legs were added, but before they have been ticketed. The initial reasons Qantas told me was "The tickets hadn't been paid for". Subsequently the reason has become, "The seats were withdrawn"

Reward seat withdrawn after being paid for

Another planned holiday, bought with points ruined. I purchased 2 business class tickets from Sydney to Tokyo for next year - part of a round the World experience. The ticket was paid for with points and taxes paid. The ticket was issued. I added subsequent legs into Europe & USA. Now, the first...

Luggage transfer from Singapore Air to Silk Air

Thanks Denali, I'm not a seasoned traveller (yet). Just checking the websites - worst case scenario, as you say - I'd be able to collect luggage, do electronic check in, and automated bag drop (I hope!!)

Luggage transfer from Singapore Air to Silk Air

Hi, I have booked a flight via Virgin from SYD to SIN (via BNE) SYD to BNE is with Virgin, then BNE to SIN is with Singapore Air. That's all on the one ticket. We arrive in SIN at 9pm, and the next morning leave for Danang, Vietnam at 9am. So the plan was to stay at the Ambassador Hotel within...

Proposed new ANZ Adventures credit cards

As the primary card holder of this card, am I able to book the free return flight for another family member, or do I have to take the flight myself?
