This might be a bit of a newbie question, if i were to make a booking and not cancel but simply change the travel dates as VA now allow, will any double status credits still be earnt on any flights that the travel dates are chnaged? I dont believe there will be a change in PNR if changing travel...

Heading to Barcelona from Melbourne on the 8th of April and were due to land on the 9th. Have been rebooked for 2nd leg flying out 23:35 on the 9th arriving morning of 10th Am happy to go via wherever we have to in Europe to arrive on the 9th.

I am currently having the same drama with SQ cancelling 2nd leg of J reward booked through velocity and re-booking me on a flight 26 hours later that won't work for me. SQ saying they cant change the ticket and telling me to contact VA and then they are only looking at other reward seats...

Thanks for all your help guys. I ended up scrounging together a few more points from a Flybuys transfer i hadn't previously thought about and ended up just booking the leg from MEL to PER as a reward economy seat in the same booking. This way everything is all on the same ticket in case there...

Just received the same email from Krisflyer. Based on my rough calculations its about a 10% devaluation on transfers. You win some you lose some. As coolkid mentioned i'll probably just be redeeming through VFF now and only transferring points where VFF has no availability
