Oh something else i forgot. The double status credit flight period is to 31 dec 2022. So you have to fly by this date to get the double status credits.

The travel pass is only for those who have cancelled flights or waiting on refunds. You may fall into the category if you have a travel credit, but it really depends on when your flight is cancelled. If you have several cancellations...

weekly for better half on virgin atm. Bne-mky return. No quarantine as flying regionally. For me back in march 13. Bne to HVb.. again regional flight. no quarantine restrictions.
just booked points flight yesterday for next week and return the following week for FIFO better half. Within the state. Able to use points no issue. Interestingly the flight only had 3 rows with no-one sitting in them! regional flight.

Interesting, you put your refund in after we did, but your getting your money sooner! we put the request in 28/3 got a email on 29/3 to say allow min of 7 days to process. got a email 6/4 its still on their to do list. and a email on 16/4 still in the queue..

Received the same SMS's today too. If we don't confirm by end of april our refunds turn into Vouchers.
What annoys me is that it is basically indicating that we are going to charge you cancellation fees even though QF cancelled our flights in this instance! This is just going to peeve off...

I used "Jess" the virtual Assitantant. Typed in Network Adjustment, and went through the serious of questions and she kept offering Credit voucher only. Our tickets where cancelled in Jetstar manage your bookings. This was when I logged the original post in here.
