I had my second jab of AZ in mid - July. I leave for the UK on Dec 8th, for 7 weeks. My doctor said "we don't know enough about the boosters for him to recommend either way (to have or not to have)" - I asked what he would do - he said wait and thought I had sufficient coverage.
