I received a reply yesterday stating I had not paid for the correct fare and wasn't entitled to the points.....this despite sending them evidence that explicitly shows I had purchased the starter pus fare >:( Currently waiting for the response to my reply now.

Anyone having longer than usual delays in Jetstar status points being credited? Been waiting on 30 (10 x 3) points to get credited They used to show up 6 days after the flight without fail (I fly Friday, in my account the following Thursday). Except now all of a sudden they're not showing up...
