As at today Qantas web my bookings show no seat allocation for both upcoming flights with no option to select. Qantas app show seats allocated for both flights. I wonder which is correct.

If you go to booking on any individual day, only one set of flight 15xx flight numbers show. Obviously the timetable pages havent been updated.

Just rang to refund Int’l cancelled flight and was offered 10% bonus value plus double FF points and double SCs. Unfortunately cannot foresee opportunity to is even in the long expiry period.

Did you dummy book cash or points payment. If points show availability then ring QFF and they can upgrade you. If only paid seats are available then you have to wait until near departure date, usually about 24 hours before.

My experience (twice) has been ringing at 10 weeks +1 day for a booking direct with QF and they wil contact the refund dept and refund to credit card within 3days
