Hi all, finally after 3+ years I'm heading back to Italy. I was once an avid Tom Tom user, however there are so many new off line apps available these days!. Does anyone have any recommendations ? Thanking you in advance Mark

Getting back to all regarding my original post, my points had expired and all I needed to do was change dates from Aug 22 to April 23. 3 calls later and they were changed at no cost and little fuss. Happy camper now 😄

Thanks all, excellent replies, I'll certainly go down the path of calling pleading my case to firstly change the dates and if not ask for a penalty and hopefully retain some points. I'll report back with the result as there would be a few AFF's in the same boat, well plane maybe hahahah

Hi all, I have points booking to Italy in Aug this year and due to various reasons we cannot go. I knew when I used my points to purchase the flights that the points would have expired in the next few months (at that time) I looked to change my flights today but it's NOT an option on line...

Oh, yes A Poochie, I did check SQ on mobile = negative. I rather fly SQ as I'm more convinced their hard and soft product is now better then EY. 🤦‍♂️
