Sadly it looks like AVV is a Covid casualty. AVV was really cranking up with Bail and Vietnam direct flights as well as AirAsia. Now, nothing.

I’ve noticed while booking redemption flights , bring able to pick a seat is no longer available on Jetstar flights? Is it me missing something or another change (charge?). Flying recently an extra $10 asked for after being allocated a centre seat. On a three hour flight , I paid.

I used to have a corporate DC when I discovered the lounges. I now have my own and can’t fault it. not being tied to one airline is a bonus, I used so many lounges in many countries inc AU. they can vary in quality . Plus I use DC at Qantas, Hotels.com, Woolies, Coles, Bunnings Kmart etc. no tap...

Sorry, am I missing something here, what about showing ID when boarding? I seem to do it at every other airport outside of AU when flying internally. AU must be the easiest country to travel in without ID.

I didn't renew my QC a few years back as I didn't think I was getting value out of it. As much as I loved the lounges, I got a Diners Club card instead which gives me plenty of lounges when travelling overseas and no airline loyalty. I miss out in AU but there are plenty of nice lounges...

I am flying today on a code share QF flight. I couldn't check in on line with Q but was able to check in on line with Emirates. Now my boarding pass has a EK number. Will I still be able to get into QC? Flying Y. Thanks.

Cleaning out my desk and I found one Qantas Club Lounge Pass that I can't use. Expires 31 Jan 16 I believe it is best to use the pass flying out on international QF and JQ flights from Australia as it can't be used in One World lounges NOT VALID for domestic business or partner lounges etc...
