Try calling 13 18 75. It’s officially the Gold FF number, but you’re not obliged to enter your Velocity number to confirm. Just got straight through. The general number kept just hanging up on me.

Yes, the email was rejected by their servers as the attachments are too large. Reduce the size/quality of any images or other attachments and send a new email.

I think you will find the points don't apply for buying gift cards. There should be nothing stopping you from paying with them.
