If I am travelling from Sydney to Frankfurt via Singapore and change airlines/flights at Changi into a QAN flight, can I take on board, in hand luggage Duty Free alcohol purchased in Sydney.
I have discussed this "fee waiver" matter with a number of phone staff at the CBA.
They say that the bank has made a 'Business Decision" not to allow fee waivers.
When I mentioned the fact that I know of one person who did get a fee waiver, no names mentioned of course, and further questioned...

Just re read my previous comments on this issue with particaular reference to the NTA backing of the units. If you do you will realise you probably paid 4 times the value of the units. As there should be a cooling off period of at least 2 weeks , just do your sums and you decide.
