Just checked my MMB (for the 3rd time today) and it has indeed put me on another flight, luckily the one I would have chosen with similar seats. Let's hope it doesn't change again!

Stupid question, but will they actually send me an email or just expect me to check MMB? As I am paranoid about staying on top of travel things I do as a matter of course check it twice a week after booking, but it would be nice if I didn't have to rely on it.

Yes, with two months out and a tight schedule I would really like to know what is going on. We are only able to be away for 2 nights so time is at a premium for us.

I have not been in this situation before, have only had scheduled flight adjusted by a few minutes. What would happen in this case, would they give me the option of which replacement flight to use, the earlier or later, or would they just pick one for me?

Hi, I booked business seats on this Million Seat Sale and will now have to cancel - I can't find anywhere in my ticket or Manage My Booking to confirm they are fully refundable (as opposed to credit voucher). Where did you find this? I am waiting for them to call me back (2 hrs and waiting) and...

But business class rules indicate you can get either a refund or credit note if you cancel, nothing to do with covid rules...

I see that on Manage My Booking there is an option to "cancel/voucher" - I am worried that if I activate this it will just automatically go to a credit note. Is this right? I really hope I won't have to sit on phone for hours to make sure I do get an actual refund?
