We stayed at the Porter House on the weekend and loved it.
We used a suite night upgrade and actually preferred it over the Prestige suite at the Sofitel that we started out trip out at.

I've found Movenpick Hobart to be absolutely fantastic with customer service. I have made mistakes on bookings previously and they have called and rectified them to my benefit. I really enjoy staying there and booked again with this Red Hot rate.
A couple of little solo stops in NZ recently. First time after joining plus, unfortunately everybody at Ellerslie knew the discount percentage on food but nobody seemed to know how to get it to apply.

Still "experiencing some problems" for me.
Booked another flight yesterday and it's annoying trying to do everything through the temperamental app rather than the website.
"My Bookings" still not working for me, stopped working around Friday.
I can see and access the bookings using the app, but the website on both PC and Mobile browser come up with an error.
No it's just wishful thinking from me, like most of this thread.
I did ask BA if it was busy when talking to them and they just said "it's very quiet".

A new one for me. I tried to add 3 flights to a booking, was told it couldn't be over 13 segments, okay I'll add 2 of them and cap out.
Answer came back that to add flights there needs to be an additional 2 seats on all the other flights to complete a new booking and "exchange" over the booking...
