I’m curious who is making it these days…when Colonial Estate first started out 20 years ago they were great wines but I thought financial troubles hit and now it’s just a label rather than an actual winery?

I got mine delivered today and couldn’t resist…definitely not a $90 wine, but I’d be happy if I had paid $15-20 ;-) [Edit: third glass and it's opening up quite a bit. I think this will get better over time]

VM have been selling Nightfall for a while...nice labels but I've yet to buy any.

Same on this one….I had one about 5 years ago and wasn’t impressed, so didn’t drink the rest…2013 vintage so maybe time to try again.

well, I missed the 7%, but boomed. It's selling in a few places, the RRP of $90 is obviously optimistic, but at $11 a bottle I won't be expecting much...

one way to do this is to try ordering a large number and keep increasing/decreasing the order size until it says not available.

I believe they were shipped halfway around the world and back before being sold…someone else may be able to confirm. I didn’t buy any magnums because I still have some bottles from the $10/btl deal…these have been drinking very well so far.

It's all much more than it was in the early days of these threads, but what else hasn't gone up in price? I'm finding that most of the wine that I'm happy to drink is now over $20 a bottle, whereas it used to be $10. What's making things tough these days is all the (made for China?) overinflated...
