We could see the mum but needed binoculars to see the cubs. We were lucky to see loads of lions during that trip though. The visitor centre is definitely worth a visit - I always recommend it!

Has anyone had problems trying to use points to book a hotel on the Qantas website? I get a booking reference but also receive an error that the payment can't be processed. I'm trying to use points and have more than enough for the booking. I had the same problem when I tried to do it last year...

Just listen to local advice and be sensible in South Africa and you will be fine. Namibia is really worth a visit if you have the time.
