    Perth terminal 1 Qantas Lounge

Just used the lounge before a Jetstar flight to Bali. I had selected Domestic Qantas Club for the digital pass allocation but presented it at international and it was accepted. Nicest lounge dragon I've ever met this evening! Shame about the poor food offering in the lounge - and getting told...

David Jones Amex offer 30k $99 July 18

Adding my experience with this card. I recently closed my Explorer and Edge cards to start the 18 month exile but still wanted to earn the 3ppd at supermarkets - I'm a big fan of SPG so this is a great earner. I used one of the links on this thread and received the 30,000 points without...

The Explorer Credit Card (New AMEX Card!)

I'm also earning 2 ppd on the Ascent program with this card (also have the Edge). Haven't spent the $1,500 yet so don't know if I'll get the bonus points but I'm thinking about calling Amex and informing them that the points are posting to the wrong program. Bit of a gamble as I'm obviously...

Signature points now capped at $20K per "Statement", 1½ PP$ International

Just noticed that the Citi Signature card points are capped at $20,000 per statement period and international spend is now 1.5 points per dollar. Has this always been the case? I wasn't aware of a cap and thought that international was 4 points (or something like that) per dollar.

Travel Insurance via CBA Plat AMEX/Visa : is it sufficient?

Is the increased insurance cover that's activated online (in Netbank) provided without anything being charged to the card? ie just having the card and activating the cover (for free) is all that's needed be covered?

Reduction in Transfer Rates to Velocity/Krisflyer

I'll leave 15,000 to ensure that I can transfer any future earned points and keep the fee free card for the Priority Pass. Already in the process of taking my everyday banking elsewhere though...

Reduction in Transfer Rates to Velocity/Krisflyer

After the rate is changed back, who's expecting a clearly worded change to the T&C's to allow them to make unannounced changes in the future?

Reduction in Transfer Rates to Velocity/Krisflyer

Regarding the Citibank Facebook comment, I like how they called it a CONVERSION rate rather than a points redemption!

Reduction in Transfer Rates to Velocity/Krisflyer

Reading the response given on the AUSBT article: In response to questions posed by Australian Business Traveller, a Citibank spokesperson said "The 90 days’ notice is based on if we remove the program in whole or change the way points are earned in the rewards program, or in the case of Citi...
