Just noticed that the Citi Signature card points are capped at $20,000 per statement period and international spend is now 1.5 points per dollar. Has this always been the case? I wasn't aware of a cap and thought that international was 4 points (or something like that) per dollar.

Is the increased insurance cover that's activated online (in Netbank) provided without anything being charged to the card? ie just having the card and activating the cover (for free) is all that's needed be covered?

I'll leave 15,000 to ensure that I can transfer any future earned points and keep the fee free card for the Priority Pass. Already in the process of taking my everyday banking elsewhere though...

After the rate is changed back, who's expecting a clearly worded change to the T&C's to allow them to make unannounced changes in the future?
