I’ve had 2 travel delay claims this year, one fully award booking and one a paid / award mix and both paid out no problems. Agree that paying out claims before doesn’t guarantee they will continue to ongoing but absolutely no problems with mine so far.

Agree! I never carry the physical card and haven’t come across a lounge that doesn’t accept the digital version. So I would get into your account and have your digital version ready to go ASAP.

Anybody have any luck buying gift cards with this and still getting credit? I did something similar with the $300 dining credit last year and worked out fine. Heading overseas in January, so a gift card and then the next $200 next year wouldn’t go astray at all!

Was able to transfer points 15 minutes ago and points are appearing in KF account. And just checking now - transfer page remains active.

Are you able to use points to upgrade the complimentary flights? Sorry can't see a definitive answer in this thread.
