I made a booking in Premium economy for QF 5/6 for January 2014. Seat choice is in rows 23/24 only. So this means that business clase is zone A in the nose and the top deck?

I am facing a silimar problem - flying WT+ on BA to LHR in late May from BNE (BNE - SYD codeshare on QF).
