I purchased 7 days pack to stay online in Thailand with regular recharge for use in Australia expired. I dont need active recharge as I am not going to be in Australia for the duration of roaming pack. Will it work without active recharge when I arrive to Thailand? Thanks!

No, never decline all cover as you'll be liable for whole value of the car. I went with minimum protection plan with USD3000 excess. So Allianz compensated for this excess

Not sure if that is the case on departure from Australia. Could not proof it as QF lounge in BNE was closed on my midnight departure on FJ metal in Y. But accessing FJ lounge in NAN was no problem, did not even had to show QF platinum status in app as boarding pass has One World status printed...

what you refer to as "interbank rate" is actually current Visa on MC system rate (or the one you can see in Google) - that is what CitiPlus account usees. Plus host bank ATM fee if any. Nothing else. It's very transparent.

Just came back from Pakistan 100% cash country. Only locally issued Visa on MC works in ATMs. Tried CitibankPlus, normal ANZ and NAB bebit cards, even Wise all failed. The only way to get cash was Wise transfer to local bank account (worked perfectly in seconds) and than local host would take...

Just to compare: Fiji air 7 day trip BNE - NAN 680 AUD - no checked in bags 1 bag purchase for return flights - 135AUD QF code on the same flights - 780 AUD - bag included
