I think I have seen advance purchase rates for Europe and APAC hotels count towards the credit, it's only the NA based non-refundable rates which are processed by Hilton centrally which don't count. However occasionally I have seen special saver rates for US resorts which require some deposit...
Felt like it is between Didi and Uber, fair play to Didi keeping themselves in it with all those discounts and now they have stickers on some cars. When the Travel rate is there during low demand it is cheaper going to the airport. Didn't remember Ola at all.
Dont mind walking 10 minutes from...
Actually taking the normal Platinum status challenge now and I was wondering about Marriott Homes & Villas. It doesn't appear to count. Was told they were part of the 'promotional nights' but not part of the qualifying nights. So it would go a way towards your next Tier but wont count in the...

I do notice that as a taster they give you a great upgrade on your first stay even as a regular IHG member. Don't know if this holds for overseas hotels though.
Really was a matter of time, the $129 annual fee with the $129 voucher + lots of bonus points sounded too good to be true. Could easily stick a lite fare return for one during a sale period.
