I tried whatsapp last week for a ticket revalidation and got nowhere.
It's relatively painless though, so no harm in trying.
Called the US number 1866 919 0081.
It took 3 agents, but they sorted it eventually.
I’m not sure if they notify you as there hasn’t been a change to my Thai booking as yet, but it’s a quick and easy way to view the details.
I have another LM booking with EVA that had a 5 minute schedule change and that was flagged for attention on their app, whereas I hadn’t recieved any email...

Round 1 after boarding and it’s all smiles.
FA: “ I see you’ve ordered on line - the beef dish?”
HT: “Yes, that’s right, the beef thanks.”
Round 2, a little later, with the smiles now...
The cats (Fat Boy and Nong Lek) have deliberated with Tiki and Bundy Bear selected.
