Blame the previous Irish MD for his fleet mis-management- amongst all his other issues that have destroyed the airline and the brand.

The award drop was a marketing PR scam - and a disaster in execution and no J seats worth having. Worst possible way to reward us.

Just got out of hospital after a horrible experience....
Flew two Qantas flights at Xmas booked with a double status credit offer back in March I think - anyway, my regular SCs & points arrived next day and THEN, the very next day, without numerous emails and phone calls - the bonus SCs arrived...
I read the terms- every word. But as we know, Qantas will be the last to honour them, and they always do whatever suits their $$ grab, regardless how pernicious it is for customers...
