We booked and paid the taxes for a OWA in Sept 2022 that we completed 3 weeks ago.
In January we made an addition to our schedule that reduced our taxes by approx $500.
Since then we have had no joy getting a refund either thru email or calling 131313 to the point of exasperation .
Could someone...
I have been nervous re the tickets coming unstuck.

This is an adjustment of taxes and charges ( in my favour ) after changes have been made inJanuary to a OWA for Aug this year.
What would you do considering my comments on 14343?
I have been trying to get a refund since January. Calling 131313 say to contact Customer Care and an email from CC say to call 131313. There have been numerous calls to 131313 and several emails to CC .
The most recent reply which stinks:

So if we make our own way to CMB ( another PNR or paid ticket ) we can use the previous SIN as a stopover or open-jaw to CMB and then continue with the original OWA to get from CMB to MEL?
We have a OWA in Sept originating in Mel and terminating in Sin - on our way back from Europe we have a few days in Cmb.
Next July 2024 we want to go back to Cmb, hopefully using the same PNR And therefore part of the same OWA.
Our miles etc are ok but I don’t think we can have 2 stopovers - is...

I have called 3 times today to have a UL flight reinstated and each occasion it has dropped off after 1 hour.
I have also emailed the new reward ticket escalation address, so we,ll see if they are fair dinkum.
We have a OWA booked for Aug 23 originating MEL and ending in SIN well within the limits.
Can we add on a SIN - CMB- MEL ( or any other flights) for July 24 - all within the limits using the same Booking Reference?
