Hello All, I was talking to a friendly Velocity person a while back about seat allocation in Business on VA7 to/from LAX. She intimated that row 5 is a good selection as it is a little more private than 1 to 4. Any thoughts on what seasoned travellers prefer BNE>LAX in J? Cheers

The frustration I'm having with the website is the inability to allocate seating on line. I need to ring the Velocity Helpless Desk each time but the wait times for VA to pick up the call are extraordinary.
