Pretty sure 100% of passengers arriving from LAX/DFW into SYD yesterday missed their domestic connections due to huuuuge lines at the bag re-check aka transfer desk. There was no business priority queue, no care from the staff to try and prioritse pax just before each flight cut off etc. I...
Spent 2 hours 30 minutes on Sunday to change an international award booking. At least once I did get through the agent was great and we got it done in 5 minutes and the ticket was reissued shortly after.
Seems pretty easy at the moment. Have had them released on a few different AU-US/US-AU flights in the last week but all for March/April sort of time frame.

Anyone know what happened to Sunday's QF8 DFW-SYD? How does this bode for flights out of SYD tomorrow, specifically QF7 SYD-DFW? I presume they don't have a spare A380 lying around, which route will miss out tomorrow?
