I had an issue with receiving my bonus Hilton points. Contacted my RM and got them chasing it up - took around 6 weeks to finally get it. Apparently an issue on Hilton's end.

Qantas QF487 SYD-MEL supposed to depart 7pm. Boarded at 7.30pm. Still on tarmac at 8.07pm due to issue with lighting system being worked on by engineers. Captain advised it is problematic and will advise further updates.
