Has anyone had issues/bugs getting the offer to show up? I haven't seen a single offer on my Explorer for at least 6 months, even ones that weren't targeted but Amex has been insisting that's all targeted and I shouldn't be worried. Any advice?

Annual fee just landed on the Explorer, decided to ring up and cancel and they offered 60k after cancelling with some prompting - probably worth it to keep for a year.

I flew to Wellington in early Dec and while the $ have arrived, I still haven't received the points - the agents on the phone didn't know what Price Promise was, and the mail merge reply on email doesn't inspire confidence!
