Visible online but if you call up they can't see the seats at all. Mostly confusion with the staff except for the select few who say "oh yeah, they're not real".

Absolutely absurd! Is there anywhere to report this sort of bs other than the call centre?

The calendar had me excited trying to book an RTW in F. 99% of the seats are phantom and the only way to get a semi-accurate view is to search on BA. Reported a few times to the QF Aus call centre in December while trying (unsuccessfully) to make a booking. New year, no joy!

Does anyone know how vouchers are working for tickets booked through TAs. I used up an explorer credit for an NZ DSC run at the end of april. Safe to say chances of being able to fly are nil. Is there any way i'm going to be able to retain the DSC PNR when making changes through amex?
