Booked business tickets both ways, and both times credited the incorrect amount of 60 SC, instead of 80. Call centre tried to convince me that 60 was standard, even while reading the t&c's aloud, for bookings before Aug-18. These tickets were this year. Suggest checking your own flights to NZ...
