Thanks for the TR @RooFlyer. The second time I went to Bali after an evening arrival I stayed at the HGI at DPS. Next morning it was simple to get an Uber from there to the Conrad.

I recently waited 7 days, applied for missing points/stay via ‘Claim your points’ on the app but had to wait a further 2 days before it was logged. Once received the points etc were posted the same day.

Choice fare HBA-SYD and I offered the minimum bid of $85 x 2 pax. Upgrade email arrived exactly 25 hours before the flight.
