    I would have thought the more volume they can push through Visa/Mastercard, the lower their merchant fee would be. But seem to be the opposite?

    I got an email from EBP saying that they are increasing the surcharge for using a credit card for top up from 0.8% to 1.3% from 12/10/19. Thoughts? Any other better alternative out there?

    Can I get benefit of VA Platinum when on a reward booking

    Don't know whether still current or not, but I am able to get extra 20kg on SQ J reward with VA gold last year. I just mentioned that at the airport and they just took my VA card, enter the details and allow me to carry 60Kg.

    Based on personal experience, even if you are out a couple of cm bag dimension wise or 1-2 kg weight wise, they will let it slide as long as you are not being an a** to the check in person.
