Cancelled my card, then reinstated shortly after with an additional 100k points. explorer card, amex member for 5 years. Does anyone know if reinstating cards creates a new credit enquiry on your credit file?

Just got approved today.. Has anyone seen the new promotion? "20,000 bonus Qantas Points will be awarded each month when you spend $1,500 or more on eligible purchases per month, for a total of 120,000 points over the first 6 months" Seems alot better than the previous one which I am stuck...
