Heard a new one from an agent today... We can't downgrade you from Business to Economy. Trying to push out a simple QF flight to later in the day and there is only Economy available. BNE-SYD so I am fine to go Economy. Serenity Now.

Aren't Suncorp trying to sell their Banking arm to ANZ? I think their Credit Cards were handled by Citibank so now probably NAB too?

It also depends on the currency you book in :( I am up to 10 weeks as I stupidly booked in Yen before I changed things around. I poked them via messenger at 8 weeks but still waiting and the non-AUD currency was the reason they gave me.

Wow - that's great to know :) I have avoided their HEL-TLL flights for years not really looking into it. That really changes things for me knowing I will also now have TLL in play as well as HEL :) Thanks again.
